On April 12, 2011 a group of community volunteers and BDFS committee members gathered at the WECU community building to review student scholarship applications. In a blind scoring process each application was separated into its component parts and scored according to clear guidelines. This is a wonderful opportunity for the community to get a peek into the work of Bellingham Dollars for Scholars and to see firsthand the excellent caliber of our graduating high school seniors.
